We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our high-growth team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a Direct Hire position for a results-oriented professional who is available for a Weekend Shift to drive revenue during peak business hours.

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify new leads.
- Manage inbound inquiries and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Accurately document all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge to assist customers in solving their problems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or call center environments.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales goals.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
