Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Client Communication: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other CRM tools to track pipeline progress.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and with customer success to ensure client retention.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Goal Orientation: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using online tools, video conferencing, and sales automation software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with equivalent experience considered.
