Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Utilize various channels to generate high-quality leads and qualify them for our sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement: Conduct consultative sales calls and presentations to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Close Deals: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close new business deals to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and drive repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or b2b sales (beginners with strong drive will be considered).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive telephone manner.
- Goal-Oriented: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets; a natural competitive drive.
- Technology: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a high volume of outbound activities.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Philadelphia office or hybrid model.
