Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-person to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data entry into our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional events and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and handle objections effectively.
- Keep the sales floor organized and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of sales success or strong customer service background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn a competitive income.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
