Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling and email campaigns to generate new business opportunities within target industries.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs, pain points, and budget to determine fit for our product suite.
- Demo Delivery: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations via webinars and video calls.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in Salesforce.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor pipeline health and collaborate with the sales manager to forecast revenue.
- Objection Handling: Address client concerns and effectively close deals over the phone.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales or business development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot is highly preferred.
- Goal Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Local Presence: Must reside in or willing to relocate to Austin, Texas.
