Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Present compelling product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final onboarding.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Lead Generation.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for financial growth and success.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
