Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-value leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Build rapport with prospective clients and conduct needs assessments to identify solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate pricing to close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Attend daily sales meetings, training sessions, and team building activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a competitive mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
