Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build rapport with prospects to understand needs and present tailored solutions
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ call volume
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activities, forecast revenue, and document interactions
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients to drive retention and upsells
- Participate in weekly sales training and pipeline reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms

- Self-motivated with disciplined time management in remote setting
