Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up on outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase value propositions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and align sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Accurately record client interactions and sales data into the CRM system.
- Identify and assess the needs of clients to recommend appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior sales experience is required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and earn a commission.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region if necessary.
