Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build relationships with prospective clients, conducting needs assessments and product demonstrations.
- Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Reporting: Provide daily and weekly performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Dedication: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Tools: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales scripts.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
