Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively overcome objections to close deals.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities within the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote-friendly environment.
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
