Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products/services that maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective closing techniques and relationship building.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all product features, benefits, and promotions to educate and advise customers accurately.
- Administrative Tasks: Process transactions accurately, manage inventory, and handle cash and credit transactions with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Skills: Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer navigation.
