Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by prospecting and generating leads within the assigned local territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective local sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (local sales experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
