Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they match our ideal customer profile.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and account onboarding.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding client interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or account management (or equivalent hustle).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED required.
