Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized client consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales targets by leveraging upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Manage inventory and merchandising to maintain brand standards
- Collaborate with visual merchandising to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience in retail or luxury goods
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
