Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to uncover their specific needs and pain points.
- Manage the full sales cycle from the first contact to closing the deal, ensuring accurate CRM data entry and timely follow-up.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals while maintaining high profit margins.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and improve sales collateral.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quota goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a similar field is preferred.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets with a strong hunter mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A passion for learning new products and adapting to a fast-paced sales environment.
