- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 30+ qualified demos per month
- Collaborate with marketing to refine sales strategies and optimize conversion funnels
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility in Salesforce
- Attend weekly training sessions on product updates and sales methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong analytical skills to identify client pain points and match solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
