Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and close leads through consultative selling techniques.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using our CRM software to track progress and meet quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions to sharpen your skills.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
