As a member of our sales team, you won't just be selling; you'll be building relationships with key decision-makers, presenting our premium solutions, and maximizing your income through our unlimited commission structure.
Responsibilities
- Prospect & Engage: Utilize high-volume calling and digital outreach to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Boston and Illinois markets.
- Night Shift Execution: Deliver exceptional service to clients during evening hours, ensuring their needs are met with precision and urgency.
- Product Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos that clearly articulate the value proposition to decision-makers.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Outside Sales, B2B sales, or customer acquisition.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (specific hours to be discussed).
- Communication: Superior verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Drive: A hunter mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Boston, MA or Illinois.
