Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to prospective clients via virtual demos and consultations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic account management
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with persuasive ability
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret client needs and tailor solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in meeting/exceeding targets
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and virtual meeting technologies
