Responsibilities
- Proactively prospects and qualifies new leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conducts product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Builds and maintains a robust pipeline of qualified leads in Salesforce/HubSpot.
- Navigates objections and closes sales over the phone or video conferencing.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies.
- Documents all customer interactions and sales activities accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to work from California or Georgia.
- Skills: Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "hunter" mentality.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Technology: Comfortable using Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite.
