Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Conduct high-value face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospective clients to present tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM tools and strategic networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on territory strategies and campaign execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates and long-term account growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Outside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive presentation style.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high level of ownership.
