Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce CRM.
- Present our products and services to prospective clients, addressing their needs and overcoming objections.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to refine sales strategies.
- Document all client interactions and deal statuses accurately in the company database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a resilient attitude toward rejection.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel may be required).
