Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound Inquiries: Professionally handle incoming calls and emails to convert warm leads into paying customers efficiently.
- Close Deals & Exceed Targets: Utilize consultative selling techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales quotas.
- CRM Management: Accurately log interactions and customer data into our Salesforce CRM system in real-time.
- Customer Retention: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with fulfillment and support teams to resolve issues and close deals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Telemarketing.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 4 PM - 12 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot is a strong plus.
- Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
