Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead management during the night shift.
- Present compelling product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients to overcome objections and close deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking all interactions and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and generate referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently during night shifts.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
