Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to qualified leads.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive product adoption.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet aggressive daily and weekly sales quotas.
- Utilize CRM software to update prospect data and track sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Must be available to work the night shift (specific hours will be discussed in the interview).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
