Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute multi-channel campaigns
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities in real-time
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions and product training
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Comfortable working independently during night shift hours (7PM-4AM PST)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
