Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new commercial clients across the Fort Worth metroplex
- Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans
- Present complex solutions to C-level executives and procurement teams
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Leverage Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline tracking

Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to close deals $50K+
- Expertise in consultative selling and value proposition development
- Proficiency in Salesforce or enterprise CRM systems
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 70% within assigned territory
