Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify enterprise clients through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Exceed monthly KPIs for pipeline generation and revenue targets
- Collaborate with product specialists to craft tailored solutions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with global sales leadership
- Maintain 95%+ activity documentation compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/enterprise solutions
- Proven track record exceeding revenue targets (min $500K/year)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM PT)
- Proficiency in sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
