Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ activity quotas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Analyze sales data to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Attend weekly product training and sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently
- Availability to work Monday-Friday nights (10 PM-6 AM CST)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
