As the Outside Sales Professional, you will be the face of our brand, driving revenue growth by connecting with decision-makers across the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads within the Fort Worth territory.
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules to secure agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for territory travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
