Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Consultative Selling: Identify client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and manage the sales pipeline to forecast revenue accurately.
- Objection Handling: Effectively address client concerns and overcome objections to drive the sales process forward.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer success.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Dedication: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: High level of self-discipline and the drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience is valued.
