Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM systems
- Develop and maintain client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Experience with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
