Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Conduct in-person prospecting and client meetings across San Diego County
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to diverse client bases
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Track sales activities and pipeline data using our CRM platform
- Participate in weekly team training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales experience with verifiable track record
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional certification
