Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into clients through outbound calling and digital outreach
- Exceed monthly sales targets using our CRM platform and sales methodologies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
- Represent company products with deep technical knowledge and passion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inside sales or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 9 PM - 5 AM EST
