Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach
- Present tailored product demonstrations and solutions to B2B clients across multiple industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while negotiating complex contracts
- Exceed monthly sales quotas with consistent pipeline growth and conversion optimization
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track all interactions, pipeline, and forecast revenue accurately

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and value-based negotiation methodologies
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to close
