Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound sales leads on a daily basis.
- Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Execute sales presentations and demos to qualified prospects.
- Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue quotas consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Participate in weekly training and team huddles to improve sales techniques.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management (Recent graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong desire to succeed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Las Vegas and Southern California area for team events (rare).
