Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing B2B software solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and pipeline metrics
- Conduct product demonstrations and value proposition presentations
- Provide weekly sales forecasts and pipeline analysis to leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale)
