Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct needs assessments with prospective clients.
- Present product solutions and overcome objections to close sales over the phone.
- Manage a pipeline of leads using Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaign strategies based on market feedback.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quota targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales or customer service (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for success.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (for occasional team building events).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
