Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Qualify prospects and conduct needs analysis to determine the best solutions for clients.
- Present product demonstrations and pricing structures to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure and account activation.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM (Salesforce/Sales Navigator).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or SaaS sales (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a competitive drive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
