Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify and qualify leads using our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Present tailored solutions to meet client needs and close sales.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales scripts and strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven ability to work a **Weekend Shift** (Saturday & Sunday) successfully.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to hit and exceed aggressive quotas.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
