Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using Salesforce CRM
- Document all interactions in CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and best practice workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Experience with SaaS or technology sales highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
