Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update customer records accurately.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a related field (career changers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
