Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to qualified leads in the US market.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of inbound and outbound leads using our CRM system.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to determine their specific needs and pain points.
- Present product demos and solutions to prospective customers effectively.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
