Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Develop deep product knowledge to consultatively sell SaaS solutions to C-suite executives
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and document client interactions
- Present tailored product demonstrations highlighting ROI and competitive advantages
- Drive cross-selling opportunities to existing enterprise accounts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce.com preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market trends and client needs
- Proficiency in objection handling and value-based negotiation techniques
- Experience selling enterprise-level software solutions ($50K+ deals)
