Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present tailored tech solutions to local businesses in Detroit and Ohio markets
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Update and maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce CRM system
- Conduct product demonstrations and overcome objections with consultative solutions
- Participate in weekend sales events and quarterly team initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting targets
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client visits in Ohio territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
