Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate value to prospective clients.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, building strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaign performance.
- Meet and consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a hunger for success.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
