Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with prospective clients to identify needs and present tailored solutions that drive sales growth.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Research local market trends in Louisville and Ohio to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Product Knowledge: Master our product portfolio and effectively communicate features and benefits to a diverse audience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
