Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact potential leads via phone, email, and social media.
- Qualify inbound leads and determine their needs to schedule appointments.
- Conduct product presentations and close sales over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) as required.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional for inside role but preferred).
