Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify inbound/outbound leads during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Build rapport with prospects and convert opportunities into closed deals
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic follow-up and negotiation
- Document all client interactions in CRM system while maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with day-time teams to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize conversion strategies
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inside sales or customer experience role
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional phone and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
